These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tots Bon website and the purchase of any products from us via WooCommerce. By using our Site, you accept and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into contracts to use this website and place orders.

Tots Bon sells custom, print-on-demand products.

All items are made to order.
Please note: Product visuals on the Site are illustrative. Colours, positioning, and scale may vary slightly due to the print process and monitor settings.

Orders are placed via WooCommerce.
An order confirmation email is sent automatically upon payment.
A contract is only formed once we accept the order and begin processing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., due to stock issues, errors, or suspicion of fraud).

Prices are listed in euros (€) and include VAT, where applicable.
Payment is required at checkout.
We accept major payment methods via WooCommerce’s secure gateway.
Prices may change at any time, but not after an order has been placed.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during checkout.
Delivery times are approximate and may be affected by external factors (e.g., carrier delays, customs).
You will receive tracking information once your order is shipped.
Tots Bon is not responsible for delays or loss once the item is with the courier.

As our products are custom-made:

No cancellations are accepted once production has begun.
Returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or misprinted.
To report a defective product, email us within 14 calendar days of delivery with photos and a description.
If the fault is confirmed, you may receive a replacement or a refund.

Under Article 103(c) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. This includes all print-on-demand items sold by Tots Bon.

Account creation is optional.
You must provide accurate and complete information.
You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

All content on the Site—including logos, designs, product mockups, and text—is the property of Tots Bon or its licensors and may not be used without prior written consent.

If you upload your own artwork:
- You confirm you have the legal right to use and reproduce the material.
- You grant Tots Bon a non-exclusive license to print and ship your design.
- We reserve the right to reject content that infringes rights or violates our content standards.

Tots Bon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Site or purchase of products, to the extent permitted under Spanish law.

We process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

By placing an order, you consent to the collection and processing of your data to fulfil the transaction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the Site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
