Tracking

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
  • Some international destinations may offer limited or no tracking depending on the local postal service.

Delays and Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customs, local holidays, or courier disruptions.
  • If your package is lost or delayed significantly, please contact us at info@totsbon.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

Returns & Exchanges

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If your order arrives with an issue, please:

  1. Contact us at info@totsbon.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your item.
  2. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photos showing the defect or error.

Once reviewed, we will:

  • Offer a replacement at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

  • As per Article 103(c) of the Spanish General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (RDL 1/2007), the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
  • This includes all print-on-demand products sold by Tots Bon.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they enter production.
  • If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at info@totsbon.com. We will try to update it before production or shipping begins, but we cannot guarantee changes.

All of our products are made to order, so we can only accept returns if your item arrives damaged or with a printing issue. If that happens, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your order number and a few clear photos of the problem.

You have 14 calendar days from the day your order is delivered to report any issues that qualify for a return or replacement.

Unfortunately, no. Since each item is custom-printed just for you, we can’t offer exchanges for different designs or images.

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Once your item is printed if should take less than a week to arive.

We accept secure payments via Stripe, which supports most major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and others depending on your location. All transactions are encrypted and processed safely through Stripe’s platform.

Currently only available in Europe and Australia and New Zealand. For sales to the USA, please see the Etsy site.
